This company is a rip-off. My agent quit his old agency at the beginning of our house negotiation, joined the partnership of the sellers agent (so both the seller and us-the buyer) were represented by this same agency. My agent went on vacation and left us in the hands of the "team" which consisted of the sellers' agent- let our financial contingency expire during this week so that when our lender contacted them to notify their office of our loan denial, no ONE helped us- we even spoke directly to Terrence himself who assured us that we were protected under our contracts financial contigency that in the event we could not get financing approved, we would get our earnest money back. Now they contacted us after his return to let us know that we are NOT entitled to our earnest money- some how its our fault that they did not do their job and protect us on extending this contract contingency... we lost the house, our $1500.00 escrow money, and our sanity in the process. I firmly believe they protected their own investment- the seller- in this transaction- afterall- the seller is still selling the house and they are still the agent.

My husband and I have worked with Terence Richardson on a couple of transactions for a couple of years now. It is difficult to describe all the wonderful qualities that he has as a person and as a realtor. Sometimes, buying and selling real estate is a daunting process. It was a frustrating process, but Terence made it as painless as possible.
